Boss Horse is now bringing you a quality geotextile surface additive that is proudly Australian made, from all new materials.
This revolutionary new technology has proven its ability in improving the quality of many sand dressage, barrel racing and showjumping arenas. It can also be used on race tracks. It does so by offering the following benefits:
- Absorbs shock
- Reduces hoof penetration
- Increases traction
- Retains moisture
- Remains soft and springy
- Does not get hot or brittle, like rubber surfaces might
- Unlikely to rot, making it a better alternative to sawdust and woodchip surfaces that decompose
This geotextile fibre works by forming an artificial root structure that simulates the natural properties of turf. The stabiliser mix binds with a fine sand gives it the ability to absorb impact because it knits the surface together so your horse rides on top of the arena surface, rather than through it. Therefore this ensures that the risk of the jarring to the horses is minimal. Of course, optimum watering assists the sand and fibre to bind together and stabilise the arena footing, in addition to grooming / rolling which increases the stability of the surface. Ultimately, Boss fibre will give stability and consistency and help to retain moisture, thereby enhancing the performance of any sand surface.
Overall, this product is very hard-wearing and virtually indestructible. This geotextile fibre stabiliser can be blended with existing sand surfaces to dramatically enhance the performance of your sand surface or of course, installed with a brand new arena.
Although we can install the Boss fibre for you, we also supply this product Australia wide, if you would like to organise your own installation or as a DIY project. If you would like us to supply only the Boss fibre as a DIY product, we will happily guide you with the installation process – every step of the way!
We will be uploading more photos and information about this revolutionary technology soon. In the meantime, please contact us or email email@example.com for more information.x
Please note that particularly with outdoor surfaces, the need to water is determined by the current weather conditions and required more in the long dry spells of summer. However, watering of indoor surfaces should also be regarded as an important and routine maintenance procedure. For best results, we recommend grooming a fibre arena with a roller groomer. If you have any questions, please contact us as we would be more than happy to answer them for you.
